can interconnect leads be used as component ??

    hi, have three progigold interconnect cables left over, can i use them for component for my viera from dvd player on temp basis please. :rolleyes:

    As Ian J said it will work but you wont be getting the best from your system. But at least you will have a picture until you can get some proper component leads.

    Video interconnects are 75 Ohm, audio interconnects are 50 Ohm. You can use the latter but as already advised you may want to consider changing them later.
    The only difference between a YUV cable and 3x video interconnect is the color of the connectors.
