I am having trouble with the CD output of my preamplifier Adcom GTP-350, one channel does not work or makes a lot of noise. Can I use the tape output to feed my Marantz MA-500 monoblocks? Can I use this preamplifier in some other way to send a preamplified signal from my CDP to the preamplifier and finally to my monoblocks? Any help wold be appreciated.

    No!

Whatever you do, don't feed the full 2 Volts or so of line-level tape output into a power amp - something may well blow up...

If the problem is only when using the CD player connected to the pre-amp, then try a different cable between CD player and pre-amp and a different input on the pre-amp to help narrow down where the problem lies
