I've been on hold now for some time to a call centre in India and to be honest I couldn't understand what the woman was saying.
I'm trying to change my package from Movies to Sports and she took all my details and then said I would have to wait for 7 minutes whilst she put my in a queue to speak to someone else - I'd already chosen the option to change my package
If this is the way Sky customer support is going God help us

Yes you can, either keep trying 'til you get a Scottish voice or ask to be put through to bonnie Scotland if you get India.

Moira's very helpful if you can get her. ;)
