Can dscaler cope with NTSC at 50Hz?

    I'm assuming it can but just thought i'd check

    It's to run UK gamecube games through my US machine using Freeloader.

    as far as i can remember i boot up a uk game and press the "B" button for it to run at 60hz and is works ok. the only game that didn't was res evil 0!

    It is listed as a supported Dscaler format, and so I have no reason to suspect it wouldn't work ("NTSC-50").
