Can anyone recommend the Harmon Kardon DVD47?

Does anyone have experience of this player and offer any reviews?

Its in my price range and i'm interested in how it would stack up with the Oppo/Denon units

i have a thread for this aswell.......i am very interested in this dvd player doesnt seem like anyone knows anything about Harman Kardon at all,must be a rare buy

Probably for a good reason unfortunately!!!

It would be rare for a gem of a dvd player to emerge without someone on here spotting it!!!

true but alot of people on here favor other companies liek denon and such...i dont think people really look towards HK for dvd players when tradition tells us to look elsewhere like as i said denon or something actually in stores like sony or samsung(HK is a rare find in a store near me)
