can anyone recommend a remote sender to use with sky+?

my sky box is now enclosed in a cabinet and i'd like to be able to control it with the doors closed. are there any good IR senders that are discreet that can be used for sky only?

would this just plug into the back of the sky box and then the aerial into the magic eye box?

don't you need to tune these things in in order for them to work?
