Can anyone recommend a good Digital Camera beginners book?

Just got my D40 package today.

New to DSLR cameras and am looking for a simple, easy to understand book to help me get the most out of the camera.

Am looking for one which explains iso, white balance, apperture, shutter speeds etc... Ideally one which for example shows a series of pictures of the same shot bit at different settings so you can see the difference.

Does anyone have any recommendations?

Brilliant book.
Also, IMO, if funds allow, it's worth getting Photoshop Elements 5 and Scott Kerlby's book for the post-processing side of things.

I've seen loads of people recommending the Understanding Exposure book that Strobe has given a link for.
Now that he's jogged my memory I'm going to order it.

When I got my D80 I bought:
Digital SLR Cameras & Photography for Dummies.

The Book Of Digital Photography - Everything You Need To Know From Beginner To Pro.

I got both of these from PcWorld. Quite pricey though at £25 each.

The most useful "book" for me just starting out though, was Ken Rockwells Free My Nikon D80 User's Guide.
He does one for the D40 Here:

He will talk you through all aspects of your camera and recommend menu settings etc and give his reasons why.
He explains every button and dial. He will also tell you about tricks and short cuts you can use.
