So what are you looking for? Someone to build the whole thing, a consultant, someone to specify, supply in commission the project?

Need someone to take old chimney out. Build a fake one. I would need someone to complete all the work.

Plan to get 3 quotes. Would also like to see examples of previous work and references from previous customers.

Depending upon the construction taking a chimney stack out often involves a lot of restructuring.
You could either end up with a builder who has experience in deploying AV and has a good guy to do this,
A builder who has dabbled and can supply a basic setup
Or an integrator who has good builder contacts.
Budget, desired solution and complexity will dictate the ideal route.

My work runs between Cambridge to London either via m11 or A1, I've got good builder contacts in London but these are mid to higher end builders who are booked with work. Should you wish to discuss further drop me a pm and maybe we can look at the possibility of working together.

You need a builder and a someone who understands structural issues (you may need a structural survey). Id call a few local builders, tell them what you are doing and call a local AV guy in to work with them on the design.

Alternatively, get the existing chimney wall built out slightly so you can flush mount your TV and recess the centre channel underneath where the hole for the original fire is - much easier and about £5000 cheaper :)
