Is there any one here who can

    a) Mod an xbox with a decent chip, Executor 2.6 with the on/off switch , led indicator etc.
    b) Covert it to NTSC using enimga etc
    c) This one not that important but do the custom job, silver skin/transparent jewel, blue lighting undercarriage, port controllers, top and on/off button in blue.

Dammed if I can find somebody who can do all three properly

    Just PM me

    1) you don't need executer chip, any will do, alladin has on/off and IMHO far better than executer
    2) they load enigmah video switcher on your Hard Disk, as a util
    3) they do sell skins, but you have to fit em

PJ, thing is I want the whole thing done in one place, the skin is not so hard but the transparent jewel, blue backlighting on controller ports, jewell and power switch is not something I want to touch. Re alladin, good point the problem is i really don't know which chip is the best, I'm just after something that will allow me to get to NTSC output, not overly fussed about all the other stuff. Re the eimga somehwere on their site it says the customer needs to do that bit.

PJ which Alladin do you have, and also does it have an actuall physical on/off switch on it like the Executer does and lastly does the Enigma NTSC switching s/w work with the Alladin?

I have an ancient Executer 2, I didn't bother to solder an on/off switch in.
Enigmah works with any chip, or no chip if you use a soft mod. It's a homebrew
app. works with any bios that allows homebrew to work (IE any 3rd party bios)

ALX2 works by pressing combinations of existing buttons (on front of xbox)
very easy and almost idiot proof.
