Just ordered mine

Didn't know about quidco so phoned up to cancel the order, then reorder again via quidco. Told the guy on the phone that was my plan, so he said that rather than do that he'd just send me a check for £36 and reduce line rental to £35 a month:thumbsup:

That is good, but I've never been under 500mb (average 900) and it doesn't look to be on the website anymore...

You can pay £5/month extra to get 1gb data, so an extra £45 for the year. IMO still a good deal even with the extra £45.

After a year get a cheap SIM deal or pass the HOX to partner/kids and go for the latest flagship. Hopefully, the 4g network in the UK will have become more relevant.

With quidco, 12 month deals are the way to go as you effectively only pay for 10-11 months. In 12 months time your phone will have also been replaced by another flagship model. Cheapest way if you're a gadget freak as the contract works out at less than the payg price.

Had my HOX for 2 months and the quidco cashback has already been paid. Phone is also unlocked.

Was phone unlocked straight from the box?

Yes, unlocked and unbranded. In fact I have never received a locked phone from any reseller. The only time I've had a locked phone is direct from the carrier. I guess it's cheaper for them to stock unlocked phones rather than several locked phones for each carrier.
