Does anybody know if the component board for a PW7 will auto switch between progressive and interlaced.
The reason I ask this is coz my Brother has a sony projector that won't.
He uses a Denon AVR 3803 to switch all his video sources which then upconverts everthing to component and sends it to the projector.
Problem is if he's watching SKY (interlaced) and then decides to watch a DVD (progressive) he has to switch the projector over to progressive which is a pain in the arse!!

So if I get a Progressive DVD player will I have to do the same with the PW7 or does it autosense the signal type and switch over??
