Can a Harmony 885 "learn" from a wireless keyboard?

I'd really like to emulate the Windows key on my Harmony 885 to assist with going into and out of S3 sleep.

The only way i can think of doing it is via a keyboard, I haven't had any luck so far!

Harmonys control devices that have IR original remote controls.
If there is an IR command for the function that you want then a Harmony will "learn" it.
