Can a dongle be hacked?

    Hi all,

    Just a quick question for you...

    Can a mobile dongle be hacked?

    Im with orange and was just wondering because my dongle seems to be slower than it was when i first used it.

    doubtful it would be hacked in the same way as wireless as its not a transmitting a signal to other PC's, but of course you are connecting to the internet and using a PC or Mac with an OS which can have a virus or be corrupted etc - this is more likely than 3G hacking. That or your just getting a crap signal strength.
