This is hooked up to an Arcam AVR 280
With minx satellite speakers - everything is great. I love the product and my wife loves the size ...
But the sub has stop working - it got a bit flaky - but now nothing, nada. This happened last night

The amp tells me that a sub is connected
The sub (which has and auto on) switches itself one, and the little light at the back comes on
But no sound , no rumbling at all - even a full volume.
    The connections are all correct

Do I have a FUBARed sub??
    Any thoughts?
    Thanks

Take the easy-to-eliminate variables out of the equation.

1)replace the sub cable with something else(any old composite cable for example). I know if the auto-on led lites the cable should be ok....but take the 30 seconds and swap it.

2)set the sub to always on/on.

3)in the receiver speaker menu be sure you have all speakers set to small.

Try the receiver calibration sequence...when the sub test tone plays...anything?

I will check the leads this w/e when I am back
and do the test tone thing

Richer Sound tell me there is a two year warranty so it will be repaired / replaced FOC - as long as it is not an amp issue!
