Following on from my previous thread (interference when routing video sources through the AX10) ...

Could owners of the AX10 please let me know if they get a good quality picture when using the system setup feature i.e. a grey background with no interference and solid white text????

I can't believe it's 'normal' on a £2000+ amp! It's nothing else as I've simply connected the amp to various TV's ... so it's just 2 mains cables and one good quality svideo lead (yes I've tried different leads)...

Check the routing and seating of your cables / leads. (especially any s-video cables - the small connector gives big problems)
I have a perfect picture out of the AX10, also 3 months old.
