    hi,

i was about to set up a friends pioneer 2011 when i found out that my life would have been made easier by using a calibration mic'.
when i asked my informative dealer he didn't know have a clue !
when i asked pioneer directly ,they said ' go to your dealer'
    so whats the story?
is it something i have to buy as a extra?
    is it given to borrow?

can someone please enlighten me please!

    Hi MO,

I would have thought the set-up mike would have been supplied with the amp ? There was a mike in the box with my DENON AVR2805 that plugs into a socket on the front panel of the amp.
Have a word with the supplying dealer to see if it supposed to be included in the box ? If not get in touch with these people http://www.seme.co.uk/ who PIONEER recommend for the sourcing of spares.

Best of luck with it all,

    TTFN,

    Graham.
