Hi, I have just bought the following:

    TV - Thomson 32WB643
    DVD - Pioneer DV575A
    VCR - Sharp 6965
    PVR - Humax 8000T

I will be connecting the DVD player via component, the PVR via RGB Scart, and the VCR via S-Video to a Scart socket which takes S-Video too. Can anyone tell me what cables I should be looking to get, that would give me a good pic, but dont cost as much as IXOS, Monster, etc. I am looking to spend about £30 in total. Cheers!! ps I am a complete newbie to cabling!, so go easy!!

TBH with only £30 to spend on cables you are not going to be getting the best out of your system. For a good range of well priced cables have a look at the forum sponsord TVCables (link to sponsors at the top of each page of the forum).
Also, is your VCR an SVHS VCR? If not then you can't use an S-Video cable to connect it as all Standard VHS VCR's only output a composite signal. If you do try to use an S-Video lead on a VHS VCR you will only get a black & white picture.

    Mark.
