Question Cabling in the wall

    what are everyones thoughts and opinions on AV cables in the walls.

    For speaker cables :

    Do you just plaster over them ?
    Do you run them through conduit to protect them ?

    For HDMI i'm assuming these should be run through conduit.

    And then there would be the spare empty conduit or 2 with pull wire for future upgrades.

    I've found this site for conduit All Products : Cable Management Warehouse, CMW Ltd are there any other recommendations ?
