It is hard to know if the claims on ebay are to be believed.
I want cables to connect a panasonic PW6 plasma to my pc and dvd with component.
What do you think of these cables

Also found this, (about 2/3 way down) "Unbranded RGB 3 Phono to 15 Pin HD"

and vga-vga

Is the difference going to be noticeable?

You can try them out but I wouldnt expect to much from them. Ebay can turn up some gems and some turkeys. "You pays your money and takes your risk with fleabay"

hi i would be interested to know if anyone has any experience of these component - vga cables.

i have just ordered a component - vga adapter from liksang. am hoping there wil be no noticable loss of quality so i can get some progressive scan goodness on the dvd & xbox. this howefver seems a far cheaper way of doing it.

No experience with the cables you've highlighted I'm afraid.

Possibly way more than your wanting to spend but worth a look at the BetterCables Silver Serpent 3RCA to HD15 cables we have available in the Cable Power Buy section - I can say for certain they produce excellent results with a 6 Series display.

Best regards

Joe

Hi

your right it is a little more than i wanted to spend & i have already ordered the part.

will see if liksang are on the money.

for 44 quid + the cost of a component cable i would have thought i am in with a shout as its not that much cheaper than your cable, considering i still have to pay for a component lead.
if not then i will certainly consider this

cheers for the post

M.
