cable help - sagem d-45

    Hi all,

    Just wanted to connect my PC to my sagem so I can view some things in high def. What sort of cable do you recommend??

    Both VGA and DVI are fine. You get a slight overscan with DVI which cannot be changed.

    Have you tried powerstrip to resize your desktop and remove the overscan?

    It's only about 8 pixels, so not really a big problem. I've adjusted the UI calibration in Media Portal to compensate on playback.

    Getting much better results with Media Portal since it's far more configurable than Windows Media Centre. MCE seems to soften the picture too much.
