Cable connections - confused!

Hi all

This might sound like a simple query, but if I am simply connecting a DVD recorder to a TV, do I need coaxial as well as HDMI leads? Both have built in Freeview, and I am assuming that I will need the aerial into the DVD recorder, and a coaxial into the TV, as well as the HDMI....?

Yes... you need an aerial source to each device that has a tuner inside it... so aerial into the DVDR, link cable out of the DVDR top the TV aerial input.

....and HDMI for the DVDR output
