cable chaos

    help! I have just bought a JVC 36 inch TV model HV-32P37SJE and i am having trouble sorting out which cable goes where.
    I have a video, dvd, ntl box and surround sound and i have scart leads and cables everywhere. i am new to this site and i am hoping that some kind person can give me direction

    Hi Lee,

    Well, if your DVD player has a component video output, I would use that to connect it to your TV set. Then connect your NTL box using an RGB Scart lead to one of the RGB Scart connector on the TV. Connect your video recorder to your NTL VCR Scart using an ordinary Scart lead. Hope this helps.
