Is there a way to bypass throttle set by ISP .
e.g downloading from rapidshare or fileserver is slowed down delibrately , if i download from say microsoft server i can get well around 1000kbps whereas from those sites it gets slowed down to mere 100-300kbps.

    Come on ....

fileserve and rapid etc will always be slow due to not paying for premium im on o2 and i get slow speed

so if you want fast speed all time then pay for rapidleech server that downloads files to the host then you download from the host to pc thats what i do so i dont after pay loads of money for premium accounts

oooh that is actually a pretty good idea, but most rapidleech servers that i come across are ad infested and annoying forced ad clicking . So i would prefer not to use them
