Buying speaker set for Onkyo amp V All-in-1 system

hello,
i have this.
Onkyo TXSR308 Black | AV Receiver | Richer Sounds
trouble is i dont know what speakers i can fit to it. i know its capable of a 5.1 setup - but i dont know what maximum output each channel is capable of. the manual is on that link, i was hoping someone could go through the spec and point this out to me.

also - how important is power output? for £300, i can get this
Yamaha AV-3117 5.1 HOME CINEMA SYSTEM IN SILVER - 3D review cheap prices AV-3117 5.1 HOME CINEMA SYSTEM IN SILVER - 3D Yamaha best buy discount online uk shop
which is 500w.

So 1st question - how do i work out what output my amp is capable of, for each channel,
2nd question - am i better off buying a speaker set for my amp, or selling my amp and just buying that all in 1 system for circa £400?

System will be used for movies and nothing else.
thanks.

It's a 100Watt per channel, and although I've not heard it, in theory a 5.1 set up with this should sound better than an all in one system.

There are plenty of decent 5.1 speaker packages for your budget.
