Buying single replacement DVDs from box sets

This may be off-topic, but I can't seem to find anything about replacing single DVDs from box sets when the originals get damaged. I'm specifically after replacing a Babylon 5 disc which got scratched around the spiral when I bumped the DVD player. Where do I go to contact Warner Bros about this?

Hi Foebane,

The only contact details I could find on the Net, are as follows:

Warner Bros Consumer Products
98 Theobalds Road
London
WC1X 8WB

Phone: 0207-984-6100‎

They will probably ask you to send the original DVD and slimline case it came in, back to them, to prove you do actually "own" it (and aren't trying to get a freebie - which I'm sure is not the case here, but Warner's are quite strict about sending out replacement discs/cases), but hopefully, if you ask to speak to someone in Customer Support or Customer Care, they will be able to help you out.

Best of luck, and let me know how it goes. :)
