my dads thinking about buying a psp

just want the cheapest/decent one that can be had.

he just wants it to play games on and watch movies on while he is flying

ideally one that can be flashed/modded easily

something like

look in the PSP Classified Adverts in the forum there's always PSP's for sale, most are pre modded
