buying players in manager mode

how do i search for and buy a certain player in manager mode i am looking maxi rodriguez but i dont no how to do it .

Start your manager mode and go to transfer market and press y, The you will have a choice of "Detailed" or "Search by Last Name". Select search by last name and put the last name in and find your player
