    Hi
    I am off to to the states soon is there a problems buying a digital video camcorder I know the charger needs a adaptor but is other fuctions ok & what about warrenty is it world wide ?
    Thanks for any forthcoming help

    The video output will be NTSC. If your TV can display NTSC as well as PAL, you'll be ok.
    That's the only issue I can think of.

    More and more seem to include an international warranty so you shouldn't have a problem in that area.

    Check the warranty card in the shop before you buy. Most good Us retailers will let you do that. Try Sam Goodies or look out for factory outlets (be aware some these goods are reworked but still carry full warranty as if new).
    May also be worth checking you can get same model in UK on the web, just to be on safe side.
