How do they work thing with the postage when buying from a recommended 3rd party and them at the same time e.g. at present postage is free over £15 if I bought some items say totalling £10 and some from a 3rd party on there site £7, would I get free postage from Amazon, and do the 3rd parties charge postage on top of there price show or has it to be added?

Only items from Amazon count towards and get the free postage.
Each item from marketplace sellers and you have to pay the postage (additional to the advertised price).

Thanks I have enough to make £15 up I was just going to save some stuff back because some of the items they have in stock and some say 3-4 weeks. Ill just tell them to send them all at once.

furthermore Amazon Jersey (its cheaper prices will sometimes be on display in a blue box on the right) also counts as a marketplace seller, so you still have to pay the additional postage (£1.24, though usually incorporated in the displayed price as £xx.xx delivered)

Is there any way how to find out how much the 3rd parties charge for P&P?

I usually go through the checkout process and simply don't go through with the confirm step if the P&P looks unreasonable.
