Buying BluRay in the US and reclaiming tax?

I've just returned from the states and whilst there I checked out BluRay prices. The best place to get them was 'BestBuy', however, they didn't work out cheaper than buying them from Movietyme etc. In fact, with the US tax, most worked out to be dearer. I found out that Movietyme etc dont have to charge US taxes on discs they are selling abroad.

Does anyone know how to reclaim the US taxes on items bought in the US? I did get tempted and buy some BluRays...just because they were there. I know it used to be possible to reclaim the taxes. Anyone know?

Cheers.
