if i buy an MP3 album from amazon can i download it in MP3 format and do whatever i want with it? (do you get a choice of quality like bandcamp?)
or do they restrict you to playing it with their apps etc??
Once I've bought music on Amazon it's gone straight to my music player app on my phone.
I've then been free to send it via WhatsApp, transfer to storage etc.
I don't recall that they have the same quality choices as Bandcamp, but you can download the MP3s and do with them as you like - they aren't restricted. Alternatively they can be played in Amazon Music, where they remain whether you have downloaded them or not.
