Buying advice wanted, 6 inch phone, £300 budget?

I am wanting a new android 6inch phone to replace my Sony z ultra that has died. I don't want to buy from China or Hong Kong, my budget is £300, any suggestions

For that budget I don't think you can do better than the Google Nexus 6 by Motorola

I've got one and rate it as one of the best phones I've had!
