I currently have a Dell T3500, it came with 4 gig EEC, Q6600 quad core, SAS Drive and ATI workstation card.

Over the last coouple of year I upgraded the memory to 8 gig non ECC, SSD, ATI 5770.

One if the systems week points is it 350w PSU

So do I attempt to upgrade this system further or sell it and buy new

The spec I am after over what I currently have is 500w PSU, 16gb RAM, I7 3770 and Blue Ray

I use the system for photo editing, some games, watching moving an TV shows.

Was thinking about either another dell like the XPS from the Outlet store or maybe go smaller system from Chillblast

Surely it's the same thing either way?

Assuming you're keeping the 5770 and SSD then upgrading would require you to replace everything except the case and you'd presumably buy a system with no card (onboard graphics) so the main difference between the two would be whether you'd keep the current case/DVD drive and save a few pounds or get something fresh to look at.
