I was wondering how to buy new houses instead of that old crappy one?

And ideas?

you get new safehouses as u progress through the game but u cant buy them. u can also get 1 if u take correct choice on mission.

I think its the

playboy x or dwayne mission. You must choose to kill Playboy and you get his appartment.

I have 6k, but I'm only about 17% of the way through the story. Is there not much point in earning big money in this game? Seems a bit daft really.

Well the money does tend to grow slowly but surely, well that is until you do one (absolutely amazing) mission which nets you a rather wallet friendly 250,000. It does seem odd that there is such a mission when you cannot do much with the money.... perhaps DLC will enable you to buy new properties ala Oblivion.

You will get a nice pad as you go through the game, as for having loads of money and nothing to spend it on, the weapons are expensive $1000 for one hand grenade.

Exactly what I was thinking, very likely as a house and garage is what most people really want imo and therefore would likely be willing to pay for.
