buy from abroad?

so desperate am I to get my sticky paws on a 32GA4E and as there are a couple of German / European outlets I have been referred to who supply them - I am aware its a bit of a gamble in case anything goes wrong, but does anyone have any other views on buying abroad?

Thanks, may nip in at lunch tommorrow, and there I was in Chesterfield today at Comet and Curry's, I though about Co-op but decided they wouldn't have anything worth looking at
