Likewise but of the shows so far mentioned only BSG. Heard many bad things about the third season but the first four episodes have been superb.

Still watching Heroes on BBC2 but finding it a chore. I'm enjoying the antics of Hiro and his mate and there was one brilliant episode. I'll stick with it a little longer on the strength of the recommendations within these posts within these forums

All the best

I'm waiting for these:

Prison Break
Heroes
Lost
24
House
Scrubs
Smallville

And Spooks will be starting soon too.

I am enjoying Heroes but they have to be careful that they don't go the way of Invasion and bore people to death.

I have a habit of starting to record series but I always muck it up somehow such as missing a episode then, I don't have any inclination to carry on.

I don't mind that Lost and Prison Break have gone to Sky which I can't get as I hated them.

I've been recording Heroes in case I get into it as much as the die hard fans. They reckon it picks up some where between episodes 9 & 11. I would then consider watching it from the start again to see if it works better once you're into it. My hard drive's getting full and I managed to wipe one episode in error. I agree 100% with you about Lost. Haven't seen Prison Break but I don't understand how you can make several seasons of a show with this name. :DIsn't the prison empty by now or do they all fail?

Cheers
Bri

For me:

Heroes
Lost
Dexter
House M.D.

are the only US shows I really am looking forward to seeing the new episodes.

Also still working my way through older series of the three CSI shows but they mainly appeal as fillers for when I've nothing else to watch.

Prison Break: 17th Sept 2007 - To be honest I am not looking forward to this at all after the disappointing 2nd season and especially the terrible last episode where Michael sat on the boat for 10 minutes chatting, waiting to be caught. :suicide: Season 1 for me was superb, season 2 was a joke. If season 3 goes anything like season 2 then I will stop watching it.

Lost: Jan 2008
24: Jan 2008
Heroes: 24th Sept 2007
NCIS: 25th Sept 2007
Stargate Atlantis: 28th Sept 2007
Battlestar Galactica (N): Razor Movie
Brotherhood
Dexter

Currently Airing:

Rescue Me
Eureka
The 4400
The Dead Zone - Not a very good season at all this time.

.

yes im hoping for an improvement on the last season which seemed to consist of

get in the car drive a bit stop for no reason spend too much time trying to get into doctors pants drive a bit more car breaks down walk a bit spend pointless amount of time in other crowded areas wearing a cap so as not to look suspicious

worst season ever and its only the second!!! i will give it a couple of episodes but if the other brother gets some tattoos to help him escape then its going the way of lost:)

Prison break went from my top five to well outside my top 30 when it came to season 2. It was obvious that the 2nd season was just an after thought due to how popular the show had become. The first season had a sense of realism about it, season 2 was just there as a filler IMO and a way to cash in. Big shame. :(

As I said how can you make several seasons out of a show called Prison Break? I can imagine you might make one with a build up to the last episode but going for a second then third, maybe fourth? Give me a (Prison) Break.

Cheers

Lost (cant belive its not back until 08)), Heros, Prison break, 24 and seems I'm the only one looking forward to The Bionic woman and The Unit , would like to know what that new Amsterdam things about though...I like the old one so if its better than that I'm moving :D

New York City homicide detective John Amsterdam is cursed with immortality because he stopped the murder of a Native Indian girl in 1642 by stepping in front of a sword. Due to this act of kindness, the Indian girl rescued Amsterdam from the stab wound by making him immortal, but warns that it is a curse that will only be lifted when John meets his true love.

Now, Amsterdam is a homicide detective in the Big Apple where he shares his secret with Omar, a blues club owner with a few secrets of his own. John is partnered up with Eva Marquez and gets into a chase with a suspect. When he suffers what appears to be a heart attack and is revived by ER doctor Sara Dillane, he realizes that mortality may be closer then he thought.

New Amsterdam is produced by Laha Films, Regency Television, Sarabande Productions and Scarlet Fire Productions. FOX originally planned to premiere it in September '07; however, it will now be a midseason replacement.

Premieres January '08
