Just wondered if anyone has one of these boxes and can confirm if the 2nd scart socket can be used as an input to record from.

They've got them in a local warehouse type store at a reasonable price - i'm just after a cheap box to use as a recording device for a scart CCTV camera and the 250GB drive is ideal

This unit is classed as a PVR, and PVR's are unable to record from any external source , other than what comes in via aerial.... so No.
