I just purchased a relatively cheap Bush 14.4" Widescreen LCD TV (Model: IDLCD15W016HD) to replace the old kitchen CRT tv. The problem is that upon the initial setup the screen comes on perfect with the "Bush" logo and after that the screen goes black and i can see only a feint fingerprint of the picture for the initial set-up screen.
I mamaged to get it to scan for analogue channels (No freeview here yet), and i went into the custom setting as i thought the brightness and/or the contrast was down too low, but they were okay and so i'm wondering what the problem is?, i suspect the lcd screen is okay because if that had failed then i would not have seen the "Bush" logo on blue background, it's tough setting up when you cannot quite see what is going on. Any help on this would be very welcome. Cheers. MDR..
