    Hi

I have been playing Battlefield 2 quite a lot recently, and have noticed, that the mini-map has left a permanent outline on my 30" medion Monitor !!

I though this was impossible on LCD's ?

Is there anything i can do to remove it :lease:
I think i may have a few days left on the warranty, would they replace it for this problem ?

OMG OMG, That cannot be possible ?

That is one of the main advantages of a LCD over a plasma !!..

Do you have any photos ?

I suspect that it will clear up by itself. LCDs do not burn. But some LCD glass (Samsung IIRC) has been reported to retain an electrical charge after prolonged static images. This charge leaks away in time (don't ask how long, I don't know) and the problem leaks away with it. Try using it for something else for an hour or two. It isn't permanent.
