    Hi

After playing Burnout 3 on my mates Xbox , I was wondering if the game was anygood on Xbox Live?.
I seem to remember some people complaining about severe lag is this true ?.
I have asked a few people whilst I have been playing Top Spin tennis and they said it worked quite well for them.

Any opinions would be welcome as I dont want to waste £30 on the game if it is poor online.

    Thanks

Never really had any problems with lag on burnout, only problem i had were getting disconnected from the server all the time(but thats EA for you) but AFAIK this has now been fixed, can't confirm this as i don't play this online anymore. But as for Top Spin, never had any problems, i wish there was lag, at least then i'd have an excuse for never actually winning a game.

Pretty poor pre game, then in game has its faults. I only tried it once and had real problems connecting into a game. Haven't bothered since.

    Thanks for the replies.

Not sure what to do now  , I bought Rallisport Challenge 2 just beofre xmas with the idea of going online with this game.
Sadly there does not seem to be many if any people playing this game.

Any other recommendations for a good xbox live driving game ?

Project Gotham 2, tho having been around for some time, is still a cracking online game, and there are always people online.

With a good lobby system and the interspersing of races with a few bouts of 'Last Man Standing' and 'Cat & Mouse' means you don't even have to be that good a player!

BO3 is great online, some problems result in you being kicked out after an hour, just rejoin. Very little lag (if any) in the UK room. I still enjoy playing this, and this is after being suspended twice by EA!!!!
BTW, £19.99 for Xbox Live starter kit (12 months sub, headphones & communicator & 3 game demo) in game at the moment. Maybe this'll help decide?

Well, my user name is bignige - obviously for Nigel, my actual name. Unfortunately, EA deemed it to be racist and suspended me. I wrote them a letter about how insulted I felt, they back-tracked, emailed me an apology and promised it wouldn't happen again. 1 week later it happened again, emailed my man on the inside & he sorted it again. Apparently, it only takes 1 person to complain your name is racist, then you're banned with EA.

I got shot of BO3 today, as i had a nightmare being kicked out of rooms for 30 mins on Monday night. 30 minutes, and not a single race. :( Absolute pants. EA are completely clueless at Live games. Why oh why do they need to complicate the front end so much? And as for Fifa online, well, the only saving grace is at least there are no disconnection problems with it.
