Ok, I have a pretty stable MCE 2005 machine with a dual layer dvd+-RW drive. I record tv content through MCE and burn it to video dvd using nero 6 and datawrite dvd-r discs. This works fine and the resulting dvds work fine in my stand alone dvd player. I recently installed the sonicencoders.msi file and I now have the ability to burn recorded tv to video dvd via the mce interface using the remote control (which is great and much quicker). The problem is the video dvd this results in will not play in my stand alone player (will play in my brothers and my dads). I am using the same player and the same discs. Can anybody explain this?
    Thanks
