    Hi

I chop and change IC's like they're going out of fashion, and never really give them a chance to burn in.

I was wondering if anyone has any tips on burning in that doesn't involve running the puny voltages my hifi can provide through the leads constantly for a week.

I was thinking of a contraption involving a low voltage AC adaptor and some kind of resistor (connect adaptor across terminals on one phono plug, and the resistor across the terminals on the other)... but not sure what value of resistor to use, or whether this would do any good.

Any ideas or suggestions are welcome.
