    1) Go to tesco
    2) buy finest aberdeen angus burgers
    3) grill for 20 minutes or until cooked, turning occasionally
    4) put it in a bap and enjoy

    :D

nobody has ever complained at my bbq's :)
500g mince (low fat steak mince is best)
    3 cloves garlic
    palmful of black pepper
    couple of pinches of salt
1 fresh red + 1 fresh green chilli
    1 medium onion
    1 large egg

whisk the egg, chop the chillis very fine after removing all seed, then chop the onion into tiny cubes. crush the garlic

chuck the whole lot into a large bowl and get messy mixing it by hand until smoothish - create 5/6 balls then mould into shape and cook as you like...

    enjoy

for extras you can add blue cheese, fine chopped mushrooms or anything else you fancy...

now that i don't know - surely it's down to personal taste - crinkle/french fries/oven/fat bastards :) - i don't eat chips myself unless they're thin and crispy - just choose some and chuck them in the oven mate

This is a recipe that was given to me a long time ago, but sure is tasty :D

    4lb`s minced beef (hamburger)
big squirt French`s Mustard (classic yellow)
    2 eggs
splash of Paul Newman`s original Italian dressing
    small splash Worcestershire sauce
    salt (a twist)
    black pepper (5 twists)
    sprinkle of tyme
    sprinkle oregano
    1 clove garlic (crushed)

    METHOD
Get meat into a big bowl, add the "Newman`s" and eggs. Then squish around until you have what resembles a brain (can take upto 10 Min's) Add the rest of the ingredients and carry on squishing about until it is all absorbed. Break into baseball size balls, flatten into patties *tip below*, and cook to your preferred taste. Serve and drink with a cold beer Wink

    *tip*
Use an upturned plate as the base, and another plate to squash the pattie. A ridged bottom plate makes for a great squasher.

Load of other stuff on my site too, should you want things like "Texas Corn" etc :smashin:

1 ear corn on the cob per person-more or less.
    1/2 c. butter or margerine-melted
    1 Tbsp chili powder
    1 tsp paprika
    1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
salt and black pepper to taste

    Husk,silk, and wash corn
Mix butter, chili powder, paprika, and cayenne. then brush on corn.
    Season with salt and pepper
Wrap each ear individually in aluminum foil and place on a cookie sheet.
Bake for 1 hour at 350.
This corn can also be cooked on the grill.
