Bumbler repair - how?

Hi guys. My OHs little Suzuki swift has a problem. The front bumber where it clips onto the wing is damaged. In the join there a little lugs where the bumper hooks on, well these have been ripped through. This means the join isn't neat.
We've tred running a bead of glue in the join to stick rather than hook but to no avail. The bumber itself is in good nick and as we're selling don't want to spend a fortune.
Any tips?

Depending on the material a plastic weld repair may be an option , or possibly a fibreglass job .....

Good ideas. The hard part will be getting to the ack of it. I'm not sure you can remove the headlight to get to the join with the bumper in place.
