I am currently saving like mad for my new 37" LCD, which will hopefully be along in the next couple of months. I am also reading up and researching the other 'kit' I'm going to need for my living room set-up (DVD player, AV receiver/amp, speakers).

I currently have a Roksan Kandy CD player and Integrated Amp driving a pair of B&W DM601 Series 2's, on floor stands.

My question is can I incorporate these into a good 5.1 set-up, matched to a good receiver/amp and what speakers should I be looking at?

Probably sticking to the B&W 600 series will get you the what you need.
LCR6 for center and another pare of DM601 for rear or CC6 S2 these are designed for rear use. Or move up in 600 series for front speakers and move the 601's to the rear. For subwoofer many options exist, B&W but other brands could be considered as well.

If you buy new the series 3, secondhand series 2 or even 1 will give you a good match in my opinion.
