    Hi all,
I've decided to build a HTPC from a Kloss KL-l915A.
Has anyone experience of doing this? I am wondering if the on-board graphics will be enough to play DVDs.
I have ordered the case, a 3Ghz processor. 512MB ram and a 125GB samsung SATA disk.

I'll test it out when I have it built (next week).
Any recommendataions on a fanless graphics card..?

    Thanks
    Derek

Thanks oxygenuk. I'll look out for a 6200.
Or maybe a 6600 (is that overkill for playing DVDs?)
I plan on plugging the system into a samsung HD 26" lcd.

well a 6200 gfx will do good.

i think the higher the GFX the better so i dont think thats the case, but the 6600gt is the best card going for its league

Any card would do, an Ati 9600XT or an X700 PRO, even on board graphics will be fine for DVD playback, you only need to buy a seperate card if using windows media center...If you want a quiet card, I suggest you pick up this
    Radeon 9800 Pro....

The onboard graphics will be fine for playing DVDs. In fact the onboard graphics with the Intel 915 chipset are fine for MCE too.

You have already made your order but I would not choose a SFF as a HTPC as there is so little room for expansion.
