Budget stereo amp for Mission 702e's

Active Member
I've got a pair of old Mission 702e floorstanders kicking about that I might as well put to good use in a spare room.

The speakers aren't what I'd call amazing, so I don't want to spend much over £100 on an amp to drive them.

I'm not too clued up on stereo amps, so what's the best out there for that kind of price, new or second hand?

I've seen many Rotel and Nad amps go for less than £100 on Ebay, as long as they are fully working I dont see how you can go wrong with these two manufacturers. Choose Rotel for a neutral, dry sound with few colourations or Nad for a warmer, bassier sound depending on your other equipment.
