    Hi there,

Looking for a cheapo (sub £50) DVD player, preferably multiregion, with component output. Progressive scan NOT essential. If it's one of those smaller DVD players, so much the better.

I'd prefer a high street retailer if possible.

    Any recommendations?

    Ta!

Because my 17" WS LCD TV produces a great picture from component, but because it is essentially a bedroom telly and a relatively small display, there's no point setting aside a massive budget. The composite connection is taken up with the receiver from my video sender and there is no SCART input.
