I know this probably sounds completley and utterly insane, but whats the best overclockable specs that I could get for 500AUD. I'm looking for a pretty good gaming machine (ie, capable of playing Tribes: Vengeance, and Halo), and capable of playing DVD's well.

I'm hoping to get it 2 CD drives, either so:
    1. One is CD-R/RW and the other DVD-R/RW (+ & -) or,
    2. One is a CD-R/RW, DVD-R/RW +- combo and the other is just a bloody fast reader, what combination is cheaper?

I'm not worrying about the case yet, as I'll just get a secondhand one and mod it up. I do however, need to know which are some good waterblocks for the CPU and GPU (does one exist that can cool the GC's memory?) and if possible for RAM.

Basicly, it's gonna have the flashiest case known to man, but thats pretty budget friendly, (although a recomendation for a good quiet heatsink wouldn't go ammis).

I know this is asking alot out of a small budget, but it's worth a try.
