    **EDIT-UPDATE ON PAGE 3 **

Was a bit bored so I thought I'd take a few pics of my bedroom set-up.Room is a bit small so 3 pics cover the lot.

    Kit:
TV:Sony 32" CRT + Samsung NTL Box and Netgem I Player
    DVD:pio 585
    DVDR:panny DMRE55
    AMP:pio VSX 814
    SPEAKERS:Gale 30s (3030 L+R,3050 C,3060 SR+SL,3010 SBL+SBR)
    SUB:BK XLS200 DF

This is my first real AV set-up and was put together on a tight budget.I don't have a lot to compare it to, but I think it represents very good value for money.
I had an LG all-in-one job before and gave myself a budget of £700 for a receiver and 5.1 setup.Got the Gales for £300 (7.0) and Amp for £150,which left me £250 for sub+cables. After reading a lot about the XLS 200 on the forum I decided to stretch my budget a tiny bit and go for that,so glad I did, what a fantastic sub.So all in all I went a little over (£60) but if I'd stuck to 5.1 it would only have been a tenner over so I think I done well.

Any tips/criticism feel free, but be gentle.

Cheers Pete, the photos make it look a lot smaller than it is,it's about 2.5m X 5m and the sloping ceilings don't help.

Thanks ash,yes it's the IKEA one (I'm on my second seat cover). It is quite comfy, the blue bits are cushions I wrapped round the arms, they weren't comfy enough.

I was pondering on whether to get one. Why are you on your 2nd cover, and how much are the covers.

Don't know where the pictures came from, but there's some good sellers on ebay.

I picked up a large Scarface hand-painted pop art canvas for £30 and got Ian brown of Stone Roses pop art as well.

Search 'Pop Art' on ebay. Will find tons.

Joffy may of course have different more-expensive ones, but I'm chuffed with mine anyhow.

    Dan.

Thanks to everyone for the comments,my PC monitor went bang so haven't been able to reply sooner.

Ash- I'm on my second cover just because of wear n tear,I've had it for ages also change of colour when I redecorated.

I was outbid when I got mine, but the winner must have dropped out and I got mine on a second chance offer. The Buy-It-Now ones are quite expensive,if you're patient you could get a bargain on the auctions.
